The caravan is being sold with a 12-month holiday licence.
Ferry View is a privately owned site with each owner having one eleventh share of the site ownership. The owners observe basic site rules aimed to preserve harmony and the environment of the site. Accordingly, the Trustees interview prospective purchasers to confirm their suitability.
One of the stipulations in the Rules of their Association is that the 'buyer' is responsible for solicitor's fees for amending their Trust Deed to include the new owner.
Also, a new member must pay a 'joining fee which is equivalent to twice the annual site fee.
Managed by 4 trustees who ensure a smooth running of the site.
Any potential buyer would need to have a permanent address where full council tax is paid as Ferry View is a holiday and weekend site only.
The site consists of 11 caravans, and each owner owns an 11th share of the land. There are council conditions attached to the site license which would need to be followed.
Ferry View is strictly a non-residential site but does have a 12-month license for holiday and weekend use only. Letting is strictly prohibited.
The site has its own car park area and allows parking for 2 cars only per caravan
Parking is on a first come basis as there are no reserved spaces
Electric is sub metered and owners are billed quarterly by the secretary of the site.
Gas is via standalone gas bottles which each owner purchases independently from a supplier.
Water is also supplied on a main meter and is charged in the annual site fees. There is private drainage system for the site.
There are no marked boundaries around the caravans as the site is open plan. Responsibility for the sites maintenance and upkeep is the down to all owners.
Hampton Loade Severn Valley Railway Station is nearby. The site's western border hedge runs along the railway embankment and the site is a convenient walk from Hampton Loade Station

Thereโs something quietly powerful about historic architecture. Not just the way it looks, but the way it feels. These buildings werenโt designed to impress at speed. They invite you to slow downโnotice the hand-cut stone, the uneven glass, the worn thresholds shaped by centuries of footsteps. Every detail carries memory, craft, and human touch. What […]
