Property Description
DESCRIPTION:
The property extends to approximately 13 acres (5.26 hectares) of agricultural pasture and mixed woodland, enclosed by livestock-proof fencing and mature hedgerows. The property also features a range of dilapidated stone buildings, consisting of a derelict stone Welsh long house which presents the opportunity for future development (subject to the necessary consents).
.
The land is predominantly sloping in nature, with some level areas, and is classified as Grade 3b and 4 as seen on the Agricultural Land Classification Map (Wales). It lies at an elevation of approximately 152 metres to 216 metres above sea level. The property can be accessed via a gateway from the council-maintained road.
.
In addition to its agricultural potential, the land supports a diverse range of natural habitats, including permanent pasture, mature trees, and areas of woodland. This biodiversity may offer future opportunities for environmental schemes, including carbon mitigation initiatives.
