METHOD OF SALE
The land will be offered for sale by Public Auction (subject to conditions and prior sale) on Thursday 9th October 2025 at 6pm at the The Royal Lion Hotel, Rhayader. The successful purchaser will be expected to sign a contract and pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price at the fall of the hammer. The completion date is set for Thursday 27th November or eralier by arrangements.
