Finished Lambs & Hoggets: We are lucky to boast of having farmers who produce excellent quality,commercial finished lambs. Our Thursday "Green Market" attracts national wholesalers, regional butchers, and retail buyers who rely on Knighton for a consistent, high-quality supply of grass-fed lamb.

 

Cull Ewes: This high-volume section offers excellent returns for draft ewes. The advantages of being a “green market” see strong demand for grazing sheep in addition to sales for meat.
