McCartneys Planning and Survey Department undertake a wide range of projects from initial conception, through to handing over keys on a completed property. We are pleased to showcase several of the projects we have been involved in, to show the variability in both project overview, location and expertise undertaken.
Initial Instruction – Undertake architectural design services to for a replacement dwelling, garage and agricultural building within the site curtilage. Key Points – Existing building is in a poor structural state of repair, with cost of repairs exceeding value of dwelling. Site is located adjacent to an English Heritage protected monument.
