to join our team.

Ideal candidate will be MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer. Candidate will need a willingness to work hard to a high quality on tight deadlines. Have an ability to work independently and mange own workloads.

Core work to include undertaking valuations of residential properties. To include producing Red Book Valuations, Probate Valuations, Bank and Panel Valuations. Experience with Commercial Properties would be beneficial, but not necessary.

Surveyor to be based in the West Midlands Area.

Job Type – Full-Time.
Salary – To be agreed depending on experience. Potential for
job progression through to partnership.

We’re Currently Looking for a Livestock Auctioneer

We are looking for an auctioneer to join our McCartneys livestock team. The successful candidate would assist with all aspects of the markets including procurement of stock, weekly auction sales of prime/store stock and on-farm dispersal sales. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• Positive attitude and hard work ethic
• Confident communication skills
• Ambition to progress
• Agricultural knowledge and experience

Positions available across the whole McCartneys region.

• Individuals who are RICS qualified (ideally with 5 year plus PQE, but not essential).
• CAAV qualification looked favourably on.

This role offers the opportunity to provide essential secretarial support within a busy and professional environment. The position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Excellent I.T. skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams.
