Adding Value to Your Property Section 106 Agreement Removals

We were pleased to recently receive planning approval for the modification of a S106 agreement to discharge an occupancy restriction at a property in Bwlch y Ffridd, Powys.
The restriction, like many others in Montgomeryshire, merely limited the occupation of the dwelling to an individual resident from Montgomeryshire, and failed to secure the benefits of affordable housing, which was the original intention of the restriction.
This will now enable the client to sell the property on the open market without this unfair restriction in place and add considerable value to the sale price of the property.
