Lower Gilwern is an unusual but attractive agricultural property situated about 2 miles south east of Llandrindod Wells at the end of a Cul de Sac road leading from the south of Llandrindod Lake and past the golf course. It can also be accessed off the road from Howey to Hundred House.

Method of Sale
The property will be offered for sale by public auction in one lot on Tuesday 19th August 2008 at the village hall, Penybont, Llandrindod Wells at 6.00pm. The purchaser will pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price at the fall of the hammer. Purchaser must have a form of identification (passport or driving licence).

Special Conditions
The property will be sold subject to the special conditions of sale incorporated in the contract, which has been prepared by the vendors’ solicitors. The contract and special conditions of sale will be available for inspection at the offices of the vendors’ solicitors, or at the offices of the agent, seven days prior to the auction.
