Detailed Particulars of 6.98 acres (or thereabouts) of
Commercial / Amenity Woodland forming part of Kinsley Wood

An attractive parcel of woodland located on the outskirts of Knighton town and chiefly comprising deciduous species.

Bounded on the southern edge by the A488 Knighton to Clun main road the woodland has a sunny southerly aspect and the species contained therein comprise Beech, Oak, Sweet Chestnut, Birch, Pine, Larch, Spruce and Western Red Cedar.

This is generally a young growing stand with the fundamentals in place for some good quality timber to be produced in due course. In addition purely from the aesthetic point of view this compartment has much to commend itself to prospective purchasers.
